Is it really free?
Yes. 100 submissions a month, unlimited forms and sites, spam filtering, the inbox, and full MCP and API access. No credit card. Pro exists for when one of your sites takes off.
Can I run multiple sites or stores on one account?
Yes, every plan. Each site gets its own form with its own key and inbox, all in one dashboard. Free covers 3 forms; Pro is unlimited for anyone juggling client sites and funnels.
What counts as a form?
One access key = one form. Paste its code anywhere you want: top and bottom of the same page, five pages of the same site, still one form, one inbox. Most builders use one form per site so submissions stay sorted.
My access key is visible in my HTML. Is that a problem?
It's how every form backend works, and it's safe by design: the key can do exactly one thing, send submissions to you. It can't read your inbox, can't change settings, can't see other sites. Worst case someone spams a form, which is what rate limits and the spam filter are for. Pro adds domain restriction to lock a key to your site.
Do I need to set up email, DNS, or SPF records?
No. Notifications are sent from our verified domain to your inbox, with reply-to set to the person who filled the form. Your domain is never involved, so there is nothing to configure or break.
How does the AI integration actually work?
We ship an MCP server. Add it to Claude Code or Cursor once, then your agent has tools to create forms, fetch paste-ready HTML, and read submissions. Agents without MCP get a plain-text API guide, linked in the docs.
What about spam, without making visitors do captchas?
A hidden honeypot field catches bots (they fill it, humans never see it), and content filtering catches the rest. Spam is stored flagged in your inbox for review but never emailed to you. Bots are told they succeeded, so they don't retry.
