Introducing FormRelay: the form backend your AI already knows how to use

Here's a thing that happens every single day now. Somebody opens Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, or Bolt, describes a website, and twenty minutes later it exists. It looks good. It has a contact form, because every site has a contact form.

And that form goes absolutely nowhere.

The AI wrote perfect markup for it. But a form needs a server to receive it, an email service to deliver it, spam filtering so you're not reading junk, and somewhere to store the messages. None of that comes with the site. So the fastest-built sites in history are sitting there quietly eating the leads they were made to catch.

The one-line fix

FormRelay is a form backend. Your form posts to us, and we do the rest: the submission lands in your email in seconds, it's stored in a private inbox you can share with a client, spam gets caught silently, and webhooks push it anywhere else you want it.

The form you already have is enough. You change one line, the action URL, and it works. If you're coming from another form service, the field names are compatible, so it's the same one line.

The part nobody else does: your agent can do it for you

Your agent creates the form, wires the key into your existing markup, and tells you when it's live. You never open a dashboard. You never read the code. That's the whole point.

Building in Replit, Lovable, Bolt, or v0? Those builders can't connect MCP servers, so every form comes with a ready-made AI prompt instead. Paste it into their chat and their agent wires it up. The prompt is the integration.

Log in once, then don't

Most tools want you back every day. FormRelay is designed for the opposite. You create an account once, connect your agent, and after that everything happens where you already work. Submissions come to your email. Your agent manages the forms. You log back in to upgrade or browse your lead history, and that's about it.
